4:00pm The Kansas Assembly holds a virtual meeting to discuss organizational matters. Shannon joins the call after some technical difficulties. They go around introducing themselves. Tyler, the deputy sergeant-at-arms, has trouble unmuting himself initially. They plan to vote on removing Abel from the assembly after making efforts to exclude Annie, the secretary. The meeting link will remain open for members to join future meetings.

4:20 Vote was called and second by Roy for the Demand of Abel Estrada to take all the Kansas Assembly money away to fund his Elk County assembly it was denied in a unanimous vote.
4:25 The vote was called for the removal of Abel Estrada as a Kansas Assembly Delegate second by Roy The assembly voted unanimously to remove Abel Estrada as a delegate from the Kansas Assembly, with the understanding that he could still be a delegate for the Elk County Assembly. The assembly also decided to hold a special meeting for delegates to vote on a new social compact and a new vote on members, including positions for moderator, secretary, treasurer, and sergeant-at-arms. The next assembly meeting was scheduled for December 16th at 7:30 PM.
The vote put forth to end the meeting was second by Dale Anderson, and passed, the end of the meeting
Next Assembly Meeting and County Representation
The meeting discusses the location for the next assembly meeting. After considering various options, including Spangles restaurant and Tammy's house, the group votes to hold the meeting at Tammy's house on December 16th at 7:30 PM.
